Tisno, Croatia
Tisno is a small town located in the Šibenik-Knin County on the Dalmatian coast. It’s close to the main Dalmatian cities of Zadar and Šibenik.
Located partly on the island of Murter, and partly on the mainland. The town itself draws the name from the mainland part, the Tisno peninsula. A drawbridge connects the two parts of the town, and also sets it apart from surrounding towns and places.
Ideal place for a vacation
It is surrounded with greenery, rocky and sandy beaches and small coves. All in all it’s an ideal place for a vacation.
Tisno is known as the biggest little city. All the most important facilities are within walking distance and the best way to get around is on foot. If you go exploring other places in the area, we recommend that you take a bicycle or a car.
Beaches and national parks
There are many facilities and beaches that you can explore in your free time. But we definitely recommend that you visit at least one of the 3 neighboring national parks.
